- Written Report/ Treatment Plan with costs

This is the ideal option for patients who haven’t visited a dentist for a while as it provides a complete overview of your current oral health state including and allows for the early detection and prevention of any issues before they escalate.
This assessment requires around 1 hour with the dentist for the first appointment to gather information and discuss any problems found and treatment options available followed by a second visit of approximately 30 minutes for the treatment plan presentation a few days later.
Initial Examination For $335 (Valued At $658) Includes:
- Comprehensive Examination
- Professional Clean and Polish
- Diagnostic X-rays if required
- Fluoride Treatment
- Digital imaging tour of your mouth
This is a great option for those who visit their dentist more regularly but just need a full check-up and hygiene treatment. In this 60 minute appointment, the Dentist will perform a Comprehensive Dental Assessment and a thorough clean and assessment of your gum tissue with our dental hygienist.
